How Live Tables Work
Every game in WL Live is broadcast from a purpose-built studio. With high-speed cameras and professional lighting, every moment at the table reaches your device clearly.
At the start of each game you are given a betting window for a set period of time. Within that time, select your chips and place them in the appropriate area on the table. When time is up, the dealer deals the cards or releases the ball — the result is announced instantly on screen and any winnings are automatically added to your balance.
Dealers generally speak in English, though some tables offer a local language option as well. You can type in the chat box to comment to the dealer, though all game decisions are entirely your own.
- Each round typically ends within 30 to 60 seconds
- Result history is visible in the corner of the screen
- Stream can be viewed from multiple camera angles
- You can communicate with the dealer via live chat
How to Choose the Right Table
When you enter ku9's WL Live section, all tables are visible in the lobby. Each table card shows the minimum and maximum bet range — new players generally start with lower-limit tables.
For players with a limited budget, WL Live has tables with a low minimum limit where you can play for a long time with a small amount. High-limit tables are also available for experienced players. You can filter in the lobby to view game types and limits separately.
The lobby also shows how many players are at each table. Busy tables have a more social atmosphere; if you prefer a quieter game, choose a less busy table. Take your time and browse the statistics of different tables — this is useful for understanding trends in previous results.
Beyond WL Live, ku9 Casino also offers tables from other live studio providers, giving you more options to suit your preference.
Tips for Smooth Play on Mobile Data
Most players in Bangladesh play ku9 on mobile data. Live stream video uses more bandwidth, so keeping a few things in mind will improve the experience.
First, before playing select a medium video quality setting in WL Live — this keeps the stream smooth and uses less data. Second, close other heavy apps or videos running at the same time.
Third, clear your browser cache occasionally so the game loads faster. Fourth, if the signal is weak, place your bet before the betting window is about to close — if the connection drops at the last moment the bet may be cancelled.
For a better experience, the ku9 App is available, which is further optimised for live casino on mobile. Those who want to download the APK can visit the ku9 APK page.
Transparency and Fairness of the Game
The biggest advantage of WL Live is that every result is visible directly on video. There is no computer random number generator — the dealer's cards, the spin of the wheel or the fall of the dice are all captured on camera.
After each round the result is logged, and you can review it at any time from your account's game history. If a technical issue occurs during a round — such as a stream interruption — that round is considered void where applicable.
Trained dealers in the WL Live studio deal cards following a set protocol. The cards are replaced after a set period, which keeps the entire process neutral. As a player, follow the responsible gaming policy and set your own limits — this ensures a healthy experience over the long term.
Key Points on Transparency
- All results are visible directly on video
- Each round's result is saved in the game history
- Card deck is replaced after a set period
- Trained and supervised dealers
- Provision to void a round in case of technical error
- Connection secured with SSL encryption
